About me

The facts are these:
Dead Like Me, Wonderfalls, and Pushing Daisies ran a collective 3 years, 9 months, 2 weeks, 2 days, 6 hours, 58 minutes, and 32 seconds and were each canceled too soon.

This blog is dedicated to a piemaker
with a magic touch,
a once-dead-but-now-alive-again girl
who loves the piemaker very much,
a manly Private detective
with a passion to knit,
a jocky turned waitress turned Jr. PI
with quite the wit,
two agoraphobic aunts
who were pro synchronized swimmers,
and a lovable golden retriever
whose coat you could say glimmers.

A group of soul-collecting grim reapers:
one was 18 when killed by a flaming toilet seat,
the leader who hands out posted-notes,
an actress burned in Gone With the Wind's heat,
the leg warmers' inventor killed by jealousy,
and a druggie who drilled his head for a high.
A family grieving with their daughters' death,
and a woman known by her big brown eyes.

A store clerk and Brown grad named Jaye
whom inanimate objects give their plan;
a man who was in town for his Honeymoon
but stayed after walking in on wife and bell man;
Jaye's quirky yet perfect family
Darrin, Karen, Sharon, & Aaron their names;
and a best friend that's a waitress
the role of anchor she claims.

And lastly to Bryan Fuller
the man who created it all;
without him we wouldn't have
Pushing Daisies, Dead Like Me, or Wonderfalls.
